Watch out for Dead Ball, a new novel featuring Norwegian anglophile, Sven Ffolkes. Time has moved on to 2022. Sven is on gardening leave prior to retirement. He is in Cornwall, where he plans to retire, visiting his friends Kyomi and Darren Anders, who now have two teenage sons. Darren won the seat of Cornwall West at the 2020 election. They are planning to move to a new home in Zennor, which Kyomi takes Sven to see, but the visit does not turn out as any of them had hoped.
